We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. In line with TPB requirements, practice records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data will be retained for a reasonable period before being securely deleted.

- We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and email services) solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If you add team members to your BASePro AU account, those team members will have access to client and practice data as determined by the role you assign them. You are responsible for managing your team members’ access appropriately.
