1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BASePro AU (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2.Description of Service

BASePro AU is a practice management platform designed for Australian bookkeepers and BAS Agents. It provides tools for client management, TPB compliance tracking, CPE recording, team management, and quality management system documentation.

3.Subscriptions and Billing

BASePro AU is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription tiers, pricing, and inclusions are as displayed on the Platform at the time of sign-up. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.Free Beta Period

BASePro AU is currently available as a free beta. Continued use after the beta period requires a paid subscription. We will provide reasonable notice before the beta period ends.

5.User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your login details with unauthorised users.
You are responsible for ensuring all information entered into the Platform is accurate and up to date.
You must comply with all applicable Australian laws including the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the TPB Code of Professional Conduct.

6.Acceptable Use

You must not use BASePro AU for any unlawful purpose.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
You must not upload malicious files or content.

7.Data and Privacy

Your use of BASePro AU is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on BASePro AU are the intellectual property of BASePro AU. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

BASePro AU provides tools to assist with practice management and TPB compliance. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BASePro AU is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

10.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a period consistent with our document retention obligations before being securely deleted.

11.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
